This is probably from around 10 years ago or so.
Near as I can tell, it was a monthly guide to all the bands playing at the St. Louis music venue, Cicero's
(back when Cicero's was cool, I'm told).
I woulda totally gone to The Night of 1000 Spoons Again, too.
I miss all the best stuff.
