This is John on a visit to the Bryson during a particularly furtive period from the distant past. John worked with me at a health food store in Hollywood and was an amazing bass player and, as I recall, a roadie for the Beastie Boys or something. He showed me you could amplify a bass by touching it to a piece of furniture and later became a very successful music producer, or so I heard.
