Dummy Brands (2008)

These all feel to me like identities for products.
Products which, it happens, don't exist.
Or, well, to be more precise, some of these are or were actual brands...

Maigret was, I think, a book and Simenon the author,
Sugarlight is a song I really like (though I think I've altered the spelling),

and Opalon is kind of colored plastic used in the fifties or early sixties for transistor radio housings...

but I've appropriated and repurposed them, to suit my own taste,
because I have the power.
